SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) helps our company manage global trade operations, ensure ongoing trade compliance, and optimize the cross-border supply chain.

What does the SAP GTS Business process expert look like?

He/she ensures that the SAP GTS template is managed in a good way to satisfy the business and trade compliance needs.

Our business process expert's goal is to focus on system configuration, change requests and support of the SAP GTS template together with our support and development team.

In this role you will initiate new change requests and follow up existing ones, reporting to the SAP Trade Compliance Product owner and cooperating with the cross-business area trade compliance managers., * Management of the GTS template (enhancements, open gaps after rollout, …)

  • GTS masterdata management and system integrations between different master data systems

  • Mergers and acquisitions (onboarding of new companies and entities) setup

  • Full implementation (from idea to rollout) of change requests for continuous improvement

  • Align business processes with the respective BA's

  • Search and present process improvements

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (PowerBI)

  • Act as liaison between Trade Compliance (CT/IT/PT) , GTS support team and development team

  • Act as BPX and super user for GTS system - monitor well-functioning of GTS

  • Keep all GTS system parameters up to date

  • Coordinate between Trade Compliance team and Gecia screening & classification team (alignment on SOP /SLA etc.)

  • Advisory on improvements

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You have a degree in Computer Science , Information Technology or relevant experience.

Experience in Jira, PowerBI, SAP E4H, SAP GTS and/or trade compliance is a plus.

MS office experience is required (with strong knowledge of Excel)

You have an eye for details and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary as you are the keyperson between the business and the trade compliance team.

We seek for a self-motivated person, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.

You are full of energy and can't wait to work together with Project Team to bring your functional solution and new ideas to solve new challenges of trade compliance.

You will translate functional needs and specifications into a change request process together with the GTS support and development team where you will play a key role as the middle man between business and SAP GTS.

Fluent in English is a must.
