Job description

In this role, you will independently manage full-cycle recruitment delivery and partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring needs are met with excellence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, a coach to hiring teams, and a champion of a best-in-class candidate experience. Your work will directly influence the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Lutron's talent acquisition efforts., Strategy Development & Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies that build a robust pipeline of world-class talent.

  • Develop long-term talent plans aligned with business priorities, anticipating future capability needs.

  • Provide senior leaders with market insights on talent availability, competitive trends, and compensation benchmarks to influence strategic decisions.

  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.

Passive Talent Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates using advanced search techniques and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.

Selection Excellence & Hiring Manager Capability Building

  • Drive rigorous, competency-based evaluation processes to ensure candidates meet Lutron's standards for performance and cultural alignment.

  • Facilitate structured debriefs and decision-making sessions to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely hiring outcomes.

  • Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on behavioral interviewing, evaluation consistency, and selection best practices.

  • Assist leaders in maximizing their networking efforts to uncover exceptional talent.

Process Optimization & Operational Ownership

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of recruitment processes.

  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely use of the applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity and visibility across the hiring lifecycle.

  • Implement best practices across the TA function and contribute to enterprise-wide process standardization.

  • Develop and nurture vendor partnerships to support recruitment needs and maintain a steady talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Talent Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior leaders, building strong partnerships, and aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance on candidate quality, market realities, and optimal hiring approaches.

  • Deeply immerse yourself in the business to understand priorities, culture, and capability needs.

Candidate Journey Ownership & Employer Brand Stewardship

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Craft compelling job descriptions that reflect role expectations, team culture, and success attributes.

  • Represent Lutron at select career events, serving as a brand ambassador and attracting high caliber talent.

Offer Strategy & New Hire Integration

  • Manage offer development and negotiation, ensuring competitive, equitable, and timely offers aligned with internal guidelines.

  • Maintain engagement with new hires to support a smooth transition and reinforce a positive onboarding experience.

  • Ensure all hires meet Lutron's high standards of excellence and contribute to long- term organizational success.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree

  • A minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience driving complex, senior-level and specialized hiring, shaping recruitment strategy at scale, or operating as a subject matter expert for high impact roles.

  • A combination of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel to key sites to strengthen partnerships and deepen business understanding.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.

  • Expertise in managing full-cycle searches for niche, hard-to-fill, or leadership-level position with minimal direction.
