Job description
Nuuly is seeking an Assistant Web Producer who will play a key role in catalog management for the Nuuly website, specifically focusing on our e-commerce ecosystem: Shops, Drops, and Nuuly Thrift. You will be responsible for a multitude of e-commerce operational tasks including new product activations, site catalog management, and product attribution for site search and navigation. Because this business model blends high-urgency, timed product releases with the continuous ingestion of single-SKU resale items, exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to filter and prioritize requests strategically are keys to success in this role. Role Responsibilities:
- Launch Preparation & Execution: Prepare meticulously for high-stakes, timed launches ("drops"), major Thrift pushes and Shops new arrivals, ensuring the extreme level of detail required for product data, imagery, and pricing is perfectly executed before the scheduled go-live.
- Product Onboarding & Catalog Management: Track products daily through a merchandise tracking system and execute onboarding. Manage the distinct operational workflows required for each type of commerce that exist on Nuuly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Buying, Photo Studio/Styling, DC/Customer Success and Planning teams to ensure timely product launches, continuous Thrift ingestion, and flag any issues before they reach the customer.
- Quality Assurance: Execute ongoing QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality, executing rapid troubleshooting during peak traffic moments following a timely drop or major marketing campaign.
- System Management: Utilize a variety of web applications such as catalog management systems, inventory systems, and merchandise tracking systems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Website activity analysis?, * Experience: Experience working in a collaborative or professional e-commerce environment.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills, which are absolutely critical for executing error-free, timed product drops and managing high volumes of unique Thrift data.
- Agility: Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Aptitude: In-depth computer literacy and internet proficiency; competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications. Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive personality.
- Analytical Mindset: Interest in utilizing data to make decisions and a basic understanding of Google Analytics.
