Job description
PWR Staffing is seeking a Network Engineer to join our client. The Network Engineer is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the enterprise campus and cloud network infrastructure. Focuses on Aruba wireless systems, SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma Access, and Zero Trust security frameworks in a high-growth environment., * Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks
- Optimize Wi-Fi performance, RF coverage, roaming, and interference mitigation
- Support Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
- Configure and maintain SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma Access
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages
- Support WAN, VPN, routing, switching, VLANs, and enterprise networking
- Implement Zero Trust security architecture and compliance standards
- Contribute to network automation and infrastructure scaling
- Improve observability, reliability, and incident response (SRE functions)
- Collaborate with corporate engineering and cloud teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zero trust architecture design?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 5+ years of hands-on Aruba wireless experience required
- Deep knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and Wi-Fi standards required
- 5+ years of experience with SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma Access required
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise/corporate network environments
- Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of Zero Trust security models
- Exposure to network automation (scripting or tooling preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills, * Associate (Preferred), * hands-on Aruba wireless : 5 years (Required)
- RF principles, antenna theory, and Wi-Fi standards : 3 years (Required)
- SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma Access: 5 years (Required)
