IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist, you'll provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and system-related issues. You'll also play a key role in coordinating internal technology initiatives-helping teams adopt new tools, improve workflows, and ensure smooth rollouts of new systems. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to expand your skills in IT operations, project coordination, and business process improvement., * Provide responsive technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and system issues.

• Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Use a ticketing system to log, track, and resolve support requests.
• Collaborate with departments to understand technological needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Support internal technology projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and communicating updates.
• Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct basic user training and onboarding for new tools or systems.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Stay informed about company systems and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
