Job description
As an IT Specialist, you'll provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and system-related issues. You'll also play a key role in coordinating internal technology initiatives-helping teams adopt new tools, improve workflows, and ensure smooth rollouts of new systems. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to expand your skills in IT operations, project coordination, and business process improvement., * Provide responsive technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Use a ticketing system to log, track, and resolve support requests.
- Collaborate with departments to understand technological needs and recommend practical solutions.
- Support internal technology projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and communicating updates.
- Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct basic user training and onboarding for new tools or systems.
- Work closely with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay informed about company systems and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and helping drive technological improvements across the organization., * Strong technical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Solid organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with project coordination or task tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Prior experience in an IT support or helpdesk role preferred.
