Job description
Sparq Data Solutions is seeking a Web & Application Support Specialist to support our public-facing websites, customer portals, and internal applications.
This is an in-office position based in Lincoln, Nebraska, working closely with our development, support, and operations teams.
This role blends:
- Web content management and frontend development (Sitefinity)
- Customer and application support
- Troubleshooting across integrated systems
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on web work and solving real user problems in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Content Management:
- Maintain and update websites built on Sitefinity
- Create and modify pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and consistent branding
- Manage content, documents, and navigation structures
- Support UI/UX improvements
Application & Customer Support:
- Provide support for Sparq products and platforms
- Troubleshoot login, display, and workflow issues
- Support users across integrated systems and applications
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues efficiently
- Document solutions and common support scenarios
Application Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Support internally developed applications and SaaS platforms
- Assist with testing, deployments, and updates
- Help maintain integrations (web, CRM, automation tools)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, * Users receive timely, effective support
- Issues are resolved efficiently with clear communication
- Opportunities for improvements and automation are proactively identified

Requirements
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Experience working in a CMS (Sitefinity preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and customerservice mindset, * Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- SQL or database querying
- APIs and system integrations
- Programming experience (C#, .NET, or similar)
