Job description

As our CRM Systems Administrator - IT Specialist, you will be the central architect behind cleaner data, smoother workflows, and a CRM environment that truly supports how our teams operate. Each day, you'll enhance system functionality, empower staff through guidance and training, and ensure our platform remains accurate, insightful, and tightly aligned with company goals. You will:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM fields, workflows, and modules to support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure highquality, accurate data through cleansing, integrity checks, and management of all imports and exports.
  • Build dashboards and reports that reveal customer behavior patterns, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness in clear, actionable ways.
  • Provide ongoing support, create userfriendly documentation, and train team members to confidently navigate and maximize the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automations, and integrations that reduce friction, streamline processes, and eliminate redundancies.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure CRM strategy, configurations, and improvements align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Strong CRM integration and implementation expertise

  • Preferred: 3+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar)
