Job description
We are seeking a Program Support Analyst to support a federal customer in New Orleans, Louisiana. This position will provide records management, data management, project tracking, and program support services in support of ecosystem restoration initiatives throughout the Gulf Coast region., The Program Analyst will support day-to-day program operations by maintaining tracking systems, organizing records and documentation, assisting with data management activities, coordinating action items, and supporting the development of reports, presentations, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities., * Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, status reports, and program management tools.
- Support records management activities, including identifying, organizing, and tracking records in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with program staff and records management personnel to resolve records-related issues and maintain compliance with records management requirements.
- Assist with data entry, quality control reviews, and preparation of datasets for incorporation into SharePoint and other program systems.
- Track assignments, milestones, action items, and document development schedules.
- Monitor completion of required program documentation and provide reminders to stakeholders as needed.
- Attend meetings, capture meeting notes, and distribute summaries and action items.
- Assist in organizing program documentation and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the preparation, formatting, and revision of reports, presentations, graphics, and other program materials.
- Prepare recurring status reports and provide updates on ongoing activities and priorities.
- Perform additional program support duties as assigned., This position is performed on-site at a federal government facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. The selected candidate must be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and may occasionally support special projects or travel related to program activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Management, Data Management, or a related field.
- Two (2) or more years of experience supporting administrative, program management, records management, data management, or project support activities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience organizing and maintaining data, records, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation., * Bachelor's (Required)
