Local Managed Service Provider looking for skilled IT support representatives
- Experience installing & configuring Windows Workstation and Server OS
- Windows 10 - Windows 11
- Server 2016 - Server 2025
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Providing technical support - this may be in person or over the phone
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Skilled in Firewalls & Networking
