Reclaim Program Technician

We are seeking a Reclaim Program Technician to support specialized hardware testing and component validation activities within a hyperscale data center environment. This position is heavily focused on testing server components, particularly DIMMs/memory modules, using advanced diagnostic and validation equipment., * Perform testing and validation of server hardware components including DIMMs, CPUs, optics, and related equipment

• Operate specialized testing systems and diagnostic tools to analyze hardware functionality
• Review test outputs, troubleshoot failures, and document findings accurately
• Support high-volume component testing operations within the data center environment
• Assist with occasional in-system debugging and hardware troubleshooting activities
• Maintain accurate testing records and operational documentation
• Work collaboratively with quality, repair, and operations teams as needed

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong hardware testing, diagnostics, or server repair experience who enjoy hands-on technical work., * Prior experience in data center operations, server repair, or hardware testing

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with enterprise server hardware
• Familiarity with hardware diagnostics, validation, or QA testing workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Basic spreadsheet and documentation experience
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with team assistance, * Experience in hyperscale or enterprise data center environments
• Prior Google or large cloud infrastructure experience preferred
• Experience with memory testing, electronics validation, or specialized test equipment
• Background in server manufacturing, repair depot operations, or hardware QA
