Job description

As a Data Analyst, you will support reporting, automation, and system administration efforts that keep operations, sales, marketing, and leadership aligned across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining reporting accuracy, supporting internal systems, and assisting team members with day-to-day software and data-related needs. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting multiple departments. You will play a key role in maintaining dashboards, supporting CRM administration, troubleshooting system issues, and improving the reliability of operational data across the company. This role also offers strong opportunities for growth into more advanced analytics, engineering, and data architecture responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting within Domo
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with company data definitions and operational standards
  • Support reporting and lightweight automation efforts across Google Workspace and internal systems
  • Administer day-to-day CRM maintenance within HubSpot, Leap, and related platforms
  • Manage user permissions, field configurations, data cleanup, and end-user support within company systems
  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic software and system support tickets
  • Assist team members with access requests, configuration questions, and troubleshooting support
  • Reconcile data across multiple platforms and investigate reporting discrepancies
  • Maintain organized documentation related to systems, workflows, and reporting structures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, automation, and operational visibility
  • Develop technical skills in SQL, analytics, automation, and data systems as the role evolves
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support reporting and operational needs
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist wherever operational support is needed
  • Maintain organization, accountability, and professionalism across all assigned responsibilities

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, or similar data tools

  • Experience using formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic reporting functions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency with Claude
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Interest in data analytics, reporting systems, automation, and modern cloud platforms
  • Exposure to scripting or light coding such as Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or SQL (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Leap (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Domo or similar BI tools (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud, or modern data systems (preferred)
  • Previous experience in analytics, operations support, or reporting roles (preferred)
  • Degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
