Job description

This position is ideal for someone with a foundation in IT support who wants to build a long-term career in managed services. You will gain exposure to Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, and a wide variety of business environments while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians.

Previous MSP experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, and wants to keep growing technically.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service tickets and support requests from client users.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstation issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 users, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and account administration.
  • Configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and basic peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior technicians when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes, time entries, and documentation.
  • Follow standard processes and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
  • Provide professional, friendly support to end users.
  • Assist with client projects and technology deployments as needed.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-3 years of IT support experience.

  • Basic understanding of:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory
  • User account administration
  • Networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Experience working within a ticketing system.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and endpoint management.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices., * Do you have experience supporting Microsoft 365 users?
  • Do you have experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 devices?
  • Have you worked in a help desk, technical support, or MSP environment?
