Azure Systems Engineer

• Provide advanced Tier III support for enterprise infrastructure systems
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure services and hybrid cloud technologies
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
• Support virtualization platforms and core infrastructure services including DNS and DHCP
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve automation and operational efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and performance-related issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, DevOps teams, and external MSP partners on ongoing initiatives and escalations
• Participate in infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and modernization efforts
• Assist with occasional escalated desktop or end-user support issues when necessary

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Tier III infrastructure support background
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
• Azure DevOps and Kubernetes
• MSSQL administration or support experience
• Enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms
• Previous consulting or client-facing technical experience
