Job description
===================================== a. Manage and maintain Configuration Management (CM) processes, procedures, and documentation for hardware, software, and technical data deliverables. b. Establish and maintain configuration baselines, version control, and change tracking for program artifacts and engineering documentation. c. Process Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and configuration control board (CCB) actions. d. Maintain configuration status accounting records and ensure traceability of program documentation and deliverables. e. Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, workflows, lists, and collaboration tools. f. Organize, publish, and maintain technical documentation, program records, and controlled documents within SharePoint environments. g. Develop, edit, format, and maintain technical documentation including system. descriptions, procedures, reports, manuals, meeting minutes, plans, and customer deliverables. h. Support document reviews, approvals, releases, Education and Work Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE A CURRENT SECRET CLEARANCE POSITION IS AT NAS FALLON/RENO AREA/MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE, a. Experience supporting Navy, or other DoD acquisition programs. b. Knowledge of CDRL management, contract deliverables, and government review cycles. c. Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate for workflow automation. d. Experience supporting software configuration management tools such as Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar repositories. Security Clearance: Secret
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Technical Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted. b. 5+ years of experience in configuration management, document control, technical writing, or related program support functions. c. Experience supporting configuration management processes within DoD, aerospace, defense, or engineering environments. d. Experience administering SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools. e. Strong technical writing, editing, formatting, and documentation management skills. f. Experience managing controlled documents, version control, and configuration baselines. g. Ability to develop process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and training materials. h. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. i. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
