ERP & Inventory Control Manager

The ERP & Inventory Control Manager will own inventory accuracy across the organization and serve as the primary administrator for inventory-related functions within Odoo ERP. This individual will ensure all raw materials, components, and finished goods are properly received, tracked, organized, reconciled, and available for production., Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process, and finished goods
• Manage lot tracking, batch records, and inventory locations
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Maintain inventory accuracy targets of 98%+

ERP Administration (Odoo)

• Manage inventory, warehouse, and purchasing workflows within Odoo ERP
• Maintain product records, locations, reorder points, and inventory transactions
• Reconcile inventory movements and receiving records
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and on time

Receiving & Warehouse Operations

• Oversee receiving activities and ensure all receipts are matched to the correct purchase orders
• Establish and maintain organized storage locations for raw materials and production supplies
• Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
• Coordinate material staging for manufacturing operations

Purchasing & Production Support

• Work closely with Purchasing, QA, Manufacturing, and Laboratory teams
• Monitor inventory levels and generate replenishment recommendations
• Ensure critical materials remain in stock
• Support production scheduling through accurate inventory planning

Process Improvement

• Develop and improve inventory control procedures
• Create warehouse organization systems and inventory standards
• Implement barcode and location-based inventory tracking
• Assist with operational efficiency projects

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory control, or ERP administration and enjoys creating systems, improving processes, and solving operational problems., * 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse management, manufacturing, or ERP experience

• Experience with ERP systems required (Odoo experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with lot-controlled inventory preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
