Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route calls efficiently to the relevant departments or personnel.
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Place follow up calls for customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and ensure all documents are proofread for accuracy.
  • Assist with clerical tasks and supporting administrative projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles.

  • Strong proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and time management techniques.
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus for handling calendar management and other executive tasks.
