EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and IT infrastructure operations. This role involves managing user lifecycle processes, supporting endpoint devices, ensuring system compliance, and assisting with data center operations to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment., * User Onboarding & Offboarding

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, compliance).
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online support.
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, LAN).
• Familiarity with data center operations and hardware.
• Experience with ITSM and asset management tools., * 3-7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• Microsoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications (preferred)., * EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support: 3 years (Required)
