Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior DataCap and FileNet Administrator to support enterprise-level document management, imaging, workflow, and infrastructure environments., We are seeking an experienced Senior DataCap and FileNet Administrator to support enterprise-level document management, imaging, workflow, and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring, administering, monitoring, and maintaining IBM DataCap, FileNet Image Services, Windows Server environments, and enterprise application infrastructure.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting high-profile implementation projects involving multiple technologies and business functions., * Minimum 6 years of experience in configuration, administration, and programming of IBM DataCap 9.1.3.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in configuration, administration, and maintenance of IBM FileNet Image Services 4.2.0.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise-level change management processes and best practices, including code promotion activities in partnership with development teams.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise-level web application server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows Server administration and configuration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in network and server performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Professional Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Knowledge of project management standards, methodologies, best practices, terminology, and tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment supporting education and technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:
- High-profile and mission-critical initiatives.
- Multiple integrated technologies and functional areas.
- Experience working within state government environments.
- Coordination with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, status reports, and project communications., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
