We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - IT Managed Services Delivery to lead our IT service delivery operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of managed IT services, ensuring seamless support for our clients' infrastructure and applications.   • If you've lived the pace, client expectations, and project economics of a managed services environment, you'll hit the ground running
  • Lead the delivery of managed IT services across diverse client environments, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to support scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage virtualized environments utilizing VMware and vSphere, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and network components including Cisco routers, firewalls, switches, and network security tools to maintain robust infrastructure.
  • Supervise a team of technical support specialists and engineers; foster a collaborative environment emphasizing continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Drive project management initiatives related to system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Conduct analysis of system performance metrics; develop strategies for network engineering improvements including LAN/WAN optimization and database management with Microsoft SQL Server or Linux-based systems.
  • Working knowledge of M365, server infrastructure, and networking
  • Strong project management discipline - you track budgets, manage scope, and close out cleanly
  • Clear communicator with both technical teams and business decision-makers
  • Real ownership over project delivery and team operations
  • Growing MSP with strong leadership and vision

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience managing managed IT services delivery in a fast-paced environment with supervisory responsibilities.

  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere; server management with Microsoft Windows Server; database administration with Microsoft SQL Server; and Linux systems engineering.
  • Deep understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, DHCP/DNS configuration, firewall setup, network security protocols, VPNs, remote access solutions, and WAN optimization.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications like SharePoint; proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds; expertise in Active Directory administration; familiarity with Cisco networking equipment; experience managing software development projects is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams; strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously; exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly; effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently; commitment to continuous learning in evolving technology landscapes.
