Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform within the HRIS function, with an increasing focus on Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities. This role is responsible for core platform administration, configuration, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the adoption and optimization of AI-driven workflows and service delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited for a strong administrator who is comfortable owning configuration work, supporting business stakeholders, and building foundational experience with agentic AI - including prompt refinement and governance., * Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, Dynamic Forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Design and enhance Dynamic Forms to improve user experience and streamline data capture.
- Support configuration and continuous improvement of Agentforce capabilities, including prompt updates, instruction refinement, and workflow alignment.
- Assist in training and refining AI agents by testing outputs, identifying gaps, and improving prompt quality and response accuracy.
- Maintain AI governance practices including guardrails, controls, and documentation to support responsible use.
- Troubleshoot system and Agentforce issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when appropriate.
- Ensure data quality and support governance and change management practices to maintain system integrity.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support release management activities including testing, deployment coordination, and documentation.
- Contribute to user training, documentation, and adoption efforts.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
