Job description
- This position will be a member of the Infrastructure Engineering team performing various systems administrative, operational and support duties as assigned including:
- Create automation to relieve manual tasks, build efficiencies and create process improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate implemented solutions and practices, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions for continuous process and technical improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information systems technology and disseminate that knowledge to the organization and teammates.
- Engaging other teams to peer review proposed changes to infrastructure.
- Developing build documentation for deployment of infrastructure changes, standards and policies using tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerShell etc.
- Create engineering level documentation consumable by system administration, operations, and support staff.
- Respond to user requests through emails, phones to facilitate administrative tasks, integration needs, and business requirements.
- Identify, isolate and resolve problems.
- Perform any other tasks as required by management.
- Work in conjunction with other technical support staff to implement immediate resolutions to more critical problems.
Note: First 4 weeks Onsite 5 Days per week. After that it will be a Hybrid Schedule, 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Someone who has AWS cloud experience from an IaaS perspective. Someone who experience building from the ground up within AWS specifically but multi cloud is great
Preferred:
-Experience conducting regular performance analysis, capacity planning, and cost optimization to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize infrastructure expenses
-Previously worked closely with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to provision, configure, and manage infrastructure resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform

- Storage systems (Pure), * 7+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree in IT systems;
- Strong knowledge and administration of message collaboration systems including exchange and O365.
- 5+ years minimum experience administering Windows 2016/2019/2022 and Linux OS.
- Proven scripting expertise leveraging PowerShell or Ansible.
- 3+ years minimum experience administration in VMWare ESX (6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0+)
- Hands-on experience in supporting Active Directory, ADFS, MS PKI, DFS, and GPO validation and design, FTP/SFTP.
- Strong working knowledge of the LDAP protocols.
- Able to effectively convey technical aspects to senior leadership and/or customers.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables; ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Candidates will be self-motivated, willing to learn, capable of following directions and creatively working through challenges.
- Candidates will be expected to mentor others and provide skills transfer sessions.
- Candidates will be expected to create documentation, scripts and setup automated tasks using a variety of methods.
- Must be able to create engineering level documentation representing proposed, pilot, and as-built systems.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex problems and applying industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate effectively within all levels of internal organization and external vendors.
