Job description
Administer, develop, and provide technical support for M365, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power Platform and environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

- Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing IT for our server infrastructure, including deployment, break and fix, maintenance, and retirement in Windows Server Environment.
- Administer, configure, and manage SharePoint, and Power Platform to include Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Contribute to IT projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementing new technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT Systems, configurations, and procedures to ensure consistency and assign in troubleshooting.
- Understand the process and procedures for ensuring data recovery and business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, batch files) for automating tasks.
- Assist in the development IS policies.
- Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of MS SharePoint and Power Platform
- Knowledge of MS SQL a plus.
- Knowledge of MS PowerShell a plus.
- Basic Windows server operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a projects-based, team environment.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to be flexible and adapt to change., Requires an Associate or BA degree in Computer Science. Minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
