Job description

Administer, develop, and provide technical support for M365, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power Platform and environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing IT for our server infrastructure, including deployment, break and fix, maintenance, and retirement in Windows Server Environment.
  • Administer, configure, and manage SharePoint, and Power Platform to include Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Contribute to IT projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementing new technologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT Systems, configurations, and procedures to ensure consistency and assign in troubleshooting.
  • Understand the process and procedures for ensuring data recovery and business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, batch files) for automating tasks.
  • Assist in the development IS policies.
  • Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of MS SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Knowledge of MS SQL a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS PowerShell a plus.
  • Basic Windows server operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a projects-based, team environment.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to change., Requires an Associate or BA degree in Computer Science. Minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
