Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, including user onboarding, permissions, and account management
• Support and manage virtualization platforms, servers, and enterprise infrastructure systems
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network environments including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connectivity
• Assist with implementation and support of data security initiatives, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security best practices
• Manage and support storage environments including SAN and NAS systems
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and system performance issues
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and requests
• Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configurations
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and infrastructure best practices

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or IT support roles
• Experience with:
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• Virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Network infrastructure including LAN/WAN environments
• Firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers
• Storage technologies including SAN/NAS
• IT security concepts and DLP practices
• Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications, or VMware certifications are a plus
