Desktop Technician I

• Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the IT Department

Essential Functions:

• Equipment and software installation
• Equipment and technical troubleshooting
• Process documentation
• Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Demonstrated ability to assist with computer, software and technical troubleshooting Windows MS Office 365, Active Directory, Due to the nature of our business, the candidate must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship.
