Job description
As a Software Engineer on EA's Identity team, you will help us build the infrastructure and platform services that support EA's live-service ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager on the Identity team. You will write reliable code, contribute to service design, and work with engineers across our organization to deliver systems that are scalable, secure, and easy to operate., * You will build, test, and maintain services for EA's Identity ecosystem.
- You will debug service issues and improve reliability.
- You will work with senior engineers on platform improvements.
- You will partner with product managers, technical leads, and engineers to create solutions.
- You will document your work and support operational readiness.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 3+ years of experience with software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, APIs, testing, and debugging
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Experience building backend services or APIs with relational or NoSQL databases in cloud environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and AI practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitLab.
