Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshooting
- Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
- Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
- Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
- Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
- Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
