As the VP of Digital Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team in creating world-class digital experiences for fans, sponsors, and partners. You will set the strategic direction for all digital initiatives, combining creativity, analytics, and performance marketing to deliver measurable growth.
- Develop and execute the team's global digital marketing strategy across social media, content, SEO/SEM, email and emerging platforms
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, content creators, designers and analysts working closely with our Creative team
- Oversee the production of engaging, high-quality digital content aligned with brand values and sporting objectives driving both digital and social marketing forward, building and growing our fanbase.
- Drive fan engagement and commercial growth through innovative digital campaigns
- Collaborate closely with commercial, PR, and technical teams to integrate digital strategies into broader team objectives
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital technologies and competitive strategies to maintain our leading edge

Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles, driving fan acquisition, running social accounts, building fan bases, preferably within sports, entertainment, or high-performance industries
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of global social media platforms, digital analytics, content marketing and paid media
- Creativity combined with a data-driven mindset
- Passion for motorsport and an understanding of the Formula 1® ecosystem is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing high-profile campaigns and delivering results under tight deadlines
