Job description
The primary responsibility of the IT Manufacturing Lead is to oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that are designed to improve production efficiency and product quality within the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that company technology aligns with business goals and supports operational efficiency. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA., * Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and project requirements.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to foster collaboration, align goals, and drive cohesive efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components. Manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Stay up to date with emerging technological trends and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 (five) years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is required.
Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies are required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite products (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Office, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of SAP required.
Certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are preferred.
Familiarity with system integration methodologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware).
Fluency is English is required, Spanish a plus.
