Data Analyst

• Support for data entry and records management
• Maintaining records management tracking spreadsheets
• Tracking field site visits and observation forms
• Organizing program staff documentation and developing standard operating procedures
• Supporting the development and finalization of programmatic documents
• Taking notes during staff calls and formatting them
• Tracking staff assignments and document development schedules
• Supporting document drafting, formatting, and presentations
• Providing bi-weekly status reports
• Meeting bi-weekly with the agency's Director of Ecosystem Restoration Programs

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BS/BA in data or information management, business administration, data science, or a similar field

• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
• Experience organizing and managing data and working with computer-generated reports
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
