Job description

You will provide setup, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for PCs, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals. You will work both remotely (from our office) and onsite at client locations, ensuring smooth operations and great customer experiences., * Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, printers, terminals, and other business IT equipment

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, WAN, wireless)
  • Provide technical support for Windows environments (Windows 7, 10, 11, Server 2008-2025)
  • Support and maintain presentation equipment for clients
  • Build strong relationships with customers by resolving issues and suggesting improvements
  • Document work performed and keep accurate service records

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Working knowledge of PC hardware, servers, and common business IT devices

  • Experience with LAN/WAN networks (wireless a plus)
  • Solid understanding of multiple Windows OS and Server versions
  • Ability to read and understand IT assessment reports
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation
