Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented AI Trainer for our Newburgh location to support the training, adoption, and ongoing use of our existing artificial intelligence tools within a law firm environment. This role is NOT focused on building or developing AI systems.

Our AI platform is already implemented and integrated with our case management system. The primary focus of this position is presenting, training, coaching, and supporting team members so they can successfully incorporate AI into their daily work.

The AI Trainer will work directly with staff at all levels to deliver practical, hands-on training that improves efficiency, consistency, and confidence in daily legal and administrative workflows. This is a people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, presenting, and helping others learn new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions focused on practical AI use
  • Present real-world demonstrations related to case management, document drafting, research support, and workflow efficiency
  • Conduct group trainings, onboarding sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Train employees on prompt creation, refining inputs, and reviewing AI outputs
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation
  • Provide post-training support and refresher sessions
  • Adapt training approaches to different experience levels
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI usage

Requirements

Do you have experience in Non-technical user support?, * Bachelor's degree required (Business, Communications, Education, or related field)

  • 0-3 years of experience in training, presentations, onboarding, or support roles
  • MUST BE comfortable explaining technology to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative
