Senior C++ Engineer - AI Agent Infrastructure

We are looking for a high-caliber C++ Systems Engineer with a strong passion for the future of AI agents. In this role, you won't just be using AI tools; you will be building the high-performance foundations, runtimes, and core architecture that allow AI agents to perceive, reason, and act in real-time.

Your main tasks will include:

• Design and implement highly optimized, low-latency C++ components and runtimes for our AI agent framework.
• Memory-map, profile, and optimize resource utilization to ensure agents can process context, memory, and tool-calling rapidly.
• Integrate high-performance C++ backend modules with AI orchestration layers and local/cloud LLM inference engines.
• Translate conceptual AI agent workflows (multi-agent cooperation, long-term memory retrieval, planning loops) into blazing-fast, production-grade C++ code.

Do you have experience in Multithreading?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Completed bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field

• Fluency in English
• 4+ years of professional experience with Modern C++ (C++17/20/23). Strong grasp of multi-threading, memory management, and systems programming
• Must have a strong "affinity" for AI. You should understand concepts like embeddings, vector databases, LLM context windows, and how autonomous agents function
