- Conduct A/B testing and performance marketing initiatives to improve user experience and maximize ROI on marketing efforts
- Maintain technical aspects of the website including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management system configurations to ensure seamless functionality
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers effectively
- Manage social media management tasks across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and community engagement
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience managing websites with a strong understanding of SEO tools, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, SEM campaigns, and marketing automation platforms
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for web visuals and social media content creation
- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve website engagement metrics
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for online audiences with B2B marketing experience preferred
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
