Job description

Provide onsite support for technology and IT systems and act as the liaison between the local site and corporate IT team

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops and PCs on-site

Maintain inventory of assets

Update plant databases to ensure asset details are appropriately documented for both new equipment and asset disposal (tear down)
-
Maintain National Highway Transportation Service (NHTSA) compliance database
-
Maintain customer warranty and recall databases
-
Act as the subject matter expert on all licensing functions to include: VIN number generation and assignment
-
Coordinate licensing and oversee trailer packet production to include: license plates, registration, QR decals and VIN plates
-
Coordinate delivery of products into Canada as needed, ensuring appropriate documentation is provided

Assist with IT Infrastructure projects as needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
-
3 years of experience in troubleshooting printers, tablets, cell phones, Windows PCs, Chrome PCs, AV equipment and associated complex issues of networked devices
Preferred qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or similar
-
1 year of related experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment

1 year of related experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory and SCCM
-
Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Proficiency in Max or MRP (Epcor) data cataloging software
-
Experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment

Able to lift 25 pounds
