- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and data visualizations (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to track key business metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different departments-including sales, marketing, and operations-to align data insights with daily operations and growth strategies.
- Predictive Modeling: Assist in building forecasting models and performing predictive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Audit data entry processes and system integrations to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting consistency.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating impactful reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical-thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
