Job description

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and data visualizations (using tools like Power BI or Tableau) to track key business metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different departments-including sales, marketing, and operations-to align data insights with daily operations and growth strategies.
  • Predictive Modeling: Assist in building forecasting models and performing predictive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Audit data entry processes and system integrations to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting consistency.

If you thrive on finding patterns where others see chaos, we want you on our team., * Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
  • Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating impactful reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
  • Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling).
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical-thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
