Job description

We are looking for a strong Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, manage client stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of complex technology programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall delivery responsibility for assigned programs, including scope, timeline, quality, and cost
  • Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
  • Drive program planning, execution, and governance across onsite and offshore teams
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation plans
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
  • Lead solution discussions and provide technical direction where required
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams including architecture, development, QA, and support
  • Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and automation initiatives
  • Support pre sales, solutioning, and client presentations as needed

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Digital platforms)
  • Strong experience with Agile delivery tools like JIRA and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with modern architectures including APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Good grasp of DevOps, CI CD, and agile delivery models
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams on design and implementation

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large scale, multi geography delivery teams
  • Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in onsite offshore delivery model
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and drive outcomes
