CNO Developer

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical work experience \n
• Master's degree and 2+ years of technical work experience \n
• High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience \n
• Experience programming in Python or C/C++. \n
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.\n
• Must be willing and able to obtain an additional polygraph prior to start, if required. \n
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time \n, * Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, and socket-level programming. \n
• Experience developing CNO capabilities. \n
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms, such as: \n

\n

• Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices\n \n \n

• Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering. \n
• Experience using Atlassian tools, including: \n

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. \n
• Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems. \n
• Apply knowledge of networking and security concepts to support capability development. \n
• Communicate technical progress, project status, and risks to leadership and stakeholders. \n
• Ensure software quality and adherence to development standards. \n

• Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.\n, * Understanding of assembly language programming concepts. \n
