We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist with strong expertise in Java application development, portal technologies, and modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading distributed engineering teams, building scalable enterprise applications, and delivering solutions in complex and regulated environments., Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web and portal applications using Java and modern front-end technologies. 2. Lead and collaborate with distributed development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 3. Build, integrate, and support backend services, APIs, and cloud-native microservices while ensuring application security, scalability, and reliability.

10+ years of application development experience. * Strong expertise in portal and web application development. * Proven experience leading large, distributed software engineering teams. * Ability to deliver projects successfully in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. * Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks: + React.js + Angular + Equivalent JavaScript frameworks * Strong backend development and API integration experience using: + Java + .NET + Cloud-native microservices architectures * Experience designing and delivering highly available, secure, and scalable applications. * Experience working in regulated industries and compliance-driven environments., Team Leadership and Mentoring * Agile/Scrum Methodologies * Application Security and Performance Optimization

Preferred Qualifications * Experience with enterprise-scale digital platforms. * Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). * Experience in highly regulated industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
