Job description
- Design and architect enterprise technology solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of COTS applications.
- Perform performance tuning, log analysis, and security reviews.
- Provide Level 3 support for enterprise Windows server environments.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and technical staff to implement solutions.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Mentor architecture team members and provide technical leadership.
