What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable components for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Own features end-to-end - from design and development to deployment and production support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to solve real customer problems
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and elevate engineering standards
• Implement robust observability and monitoring across services

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience owning full-stack features in a SaaS environment from concept to production
• Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and minimal bureaucracy

Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java

Frameworks: React, Spring Boot, Express, Flask

APIs & Protocols: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Protobuf, AsyncAPI

Data Stores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform / OpenTofu

Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace

Source Control: Git (Monorepo with Turborepo or Nx)

AI & Emerging Technologies:

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production systems
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Hands-on use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity
