Job description
We're hiring a Systems Administrator to be a core technical contributor across our client base. This is a hands-on generalist role: you'll own migrations and implementations, handle the escalations the front line can't, and serve as a trusted technical voice for our clients. If you like solving the hard tickets, seeing projects through end to end, and working directly with the people you support, you'll fit well here., * Plan and execute email and data migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Implement and support VoIP phone systems, from provisioning through deployment
- Serve as the Tier 2-3 escalation point for issues the front line can't resolve
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot client networks - firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN, DNS
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 tenants
- Support endpoint management, backup, and security across multiple client environments
- Document configurations and contribute to standards and process improvements
- Provide clear, plain-language technical guidance and act as a dependable point of contact for clients
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless network deployment projects?, This role suits someone with 5+ years of IT experience who's ready to operate as a senior individual contributor., * 5+ years of hands-on IT experience; MSP / multi-client experience is a plus
- Proven track record with Microsoft 365 email and data migrations
- Strong network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, wireless
- Solid Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID administration
- Comfortable owning projects independently and juggling competing priorities
- Clear communicator who can translate technical detail into plain language for clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site work
