Job description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder to gather integration requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
Define the end-to-end architecture for the implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business goals
Work with the team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CI)
Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests, including conversations with stakeholders
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable
Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, As an experienced SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect, you will part of a cross-team of Integration Architects and Developers to gather integration requirements, streamline the integration architecture, design and develop integrations, and optimize integration solutions between the suite of SuccessFactors applications and SAP / non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of SAP Cloud Platform Integration architecture experience in multiple project roll-outs and a proven track record in designing integrations landscapes for SuccessFactors. While this role does not require functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules, the candidate must have knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central data modals such as Employee Data, Personal Data, Foundation objects, Picklists, etc. To be successful in this role, you are someone who enjoys a challenge, is innovative, analytical and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment., Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations - pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, credentials & certificate maintenance, etc
Minimum 5 years of integration architecture experience between SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Extensive knowledge in web services SOAP, REST, and Data exchange formats like XML, JSON
Demonstrated experience using Compound Employee SOAP call and OData calls to fetch, modify and update Personal / Employment data in SuccessFactors EC
Knowledge in data transformation tool set like JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy script
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc)
Certifications in SAP Integration Suite considered an asset
Familiarity with HR processes and data structures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Baseline familiarity with SAP BTP (subaccounts, entitlements, subscriptions, IAS/IPS) required to support integrations; deeper expertise and certifications preferred.
