Job description
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. * Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, business rules, and case management solutions. * Ensure application scalability, performance, and adherence to Pega development standards. * Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. * Work closely with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
Requirements
6+ years of overall experience in Pega development. * Strong hands-on experience as a Pega Smart Dispute Developer. * Expertise in designing, developing, and supporting dispute management solutions on the Pega platform. * Experience with Pega PRPC, case management, workflows, integrations, and business process automation. * Strong understanding of Pega best practices, application architecture, and development standards. * Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and application support. * Ability to work effectively in large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience participating in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry. * Experience with payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or related dispute management processes. * Pega certification(s) are a plus.
