Job description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the HR domain, especially in payroll and time & attendance processes. In this role, you work closely with HR, payroll and IT teams to understand how HR processes work in practice and translate business needs into clear and workable IT solutions. Your focus is on clarifying requirements, improving processes where needed, and ensuring that HR systems support day-to-day operations in an efficient and reliable way., * Work closely with HR, payroll and IT teams to understand business needs
- Analyse HR processes, especially payroll and time & attendance
- Support the translation of business needs into functional input for IT solutions
- Document processes and requirements in a clear and structured way
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations
Requirements
- You are located in Belgium and speak Dutch and English fluently; You hold a bachelor/master degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems (preferably in an HR environment) and familiarity with enterprise applications, ideally HR- or payroll-related systems
- Ability to create clear functional specifications or structured business documentation
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders
