Job description

We are working with an established Odoo Partner expanding its UK Application Management Services (AMS) function to keep pace with a growing mid-market client base across retail, manufacturing and professional services. This is a hands-on Support / AMS Analyst role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems day to day - owning the support queue, triaging incidents, and turning recurring tickets into small enhancements that genuinely move the needle for the customer., Acting as first and second-line point of contact for a portfolio of Odoo customers, you will investigate functional issues across modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing and HR, reproduce defects in test environments, and provide clear, jargon-free guidance to end users. You will manage tickets through to resolution against SLAs, document fixes in the knowledge base, configure modules and reports to evolving business needs, support minor enhancement work, and coordinate with technical developers when code changes are required. There is also scope to contribute to upgrade planning, UAT and customer training.

Requirements

Hands-on experience supporting or consulting on Odoo (Community or Enterprise), with confident working knowledge of at least two core modules. We are open to candidates stepping up from a junior consultant or super-user role, as well as established support analysts. Strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, clear written communication and the ability to translate between business stakeholders and developers are essential. Familiarity with Studio, basic Python/XML, PostgreSQL or other open-source ERP platforms is a plus but not required. UK-based with the right to work in the UK.

Benefits & conditions

A competitive base salary, performance-related bonus, generous pension contribution, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a structured Odoo certification and training pathway, and a genuinely flexible hybrid pattern. You will join a tight-knit team where AMS work is treated as a craft, not the consolation prize - with a clear route into senior consulting, technical or team lead positions for the right person.
