Job description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support technician to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals. To be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and equipment whilst ensuring optimal workstation performance. Interacting with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment.

Ensuring desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file servers and administrative systems. To act as the first line of support for a busy automotive company.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Good standard of general education

  • Recognized qualification in IT
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience of working in an IT department in a desktop support environment.

Experience:

  • relevant Desktop support: 2 years (required)
