Hours: 37 per weekThe OpportunityShropshire Council is seeking an experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support Adult Services through high-quality data analysis and reporting on an interim basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Insight Team and play a key role in driving data-led decision making, supporting service transformation, and improving outcomes for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver interactive reports, dashboards, and analytics for Adult ServicesProvide insight to support service design, transformation programmes, and strategic decisionsSupport key initiatives including Adult front door transformation, forecasting, and demand modellingAutomate reporting processes and enhance data accessibility and self-service reportingWork closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert analysis and insightSupport CQC inspections and peer review preparationsMonitor and improve data quality and governance standardsCollaborate with internal
