Job description

Platform Administration & Configuration

· Install, configure, and maintain IBM InfoSphere components manage user access, security policies, and metadata repository; monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows

· Install, configure, and maintain IBM MDM (Master Data Management) and IBM RDM in the operational environment on RHEL on cloud environments; promote changes created by Developers through environments and into production

Scripting & Automation

· Write installation and deployment scripts using Bash/Shell/Perl/Python and Jenkins.

· Security & Compliance

· Develop and implement Security strategies within the technology space to ensure a secure middleware environment; configure TLS 1.2 on Servers; implement system security patches and vulnerability management.

· High Availability & Performance

· Configure system for high availability; maintain system availability and troubleshoot problems; test, tweak, and tune various WebSphere settings.

· Documentation & Governance

· Define, track, and maintain system configuration documents and standards; work as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Requirements

· IBM InfoSphere Information Server Administration, including Server & Client components such as Operations Console, Inspector, IBM MDM Administration, IBM RDM Administration, and IBM WAS Administration

· Proficiency in RHEL, Unix Shell Scripts, Jenkins, and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile), as well as Azure cloud environments.

· Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v11.x, including MDM data models, entities, transactions, batch processing, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

· Hands on Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM administrative tools, workbench, and configuration utilities; knowledge of member/provider matching engines including standardization algorithms and bucketing

· Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze operational data and identify root cause issues.

· Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines

· Preferred Qualifications

· Specific hands on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM and proficiency across master data domains

· Experience with Active Directory integration and enterprise identity management.

· Familiarity with healthcare data domains (member, provider, claims) highly preferred.

· Experience Requirements

· Minimum: 10+ years of IBM InfoSphere platform administration experience

· Preferred: 10-12 years in enterprise data platform or middleware administration roles

Benefits & conditions

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
