Job description

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications
  • Build and optimize machine learning pipelines and predictive models
  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
  • Integrate ML models with distributed systems and streaming platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering and business stakeholders
  • Improve model performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Support real-time analytics and event-driven architectures using Kafka

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, AI model development, and large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in Python-based ML solutions, model optimization, and enterprise-grade data platforms. Candidates with prior experience at JPMorgan Chase (Ex-JPMC candidates) are highly preferred. Required Skills

  • Strong experience in AI/ML and Machine Learning model development
  • Expertise in Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with XGBoost and advanced ML algorithms
  • Experience working with Kafka for real-time data streaming
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of Java
  • Experience building scalable ML pipelines and production-ready solutions
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and model deployment, * Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients
  • Ex-JPMC candidates strongly preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps is a plus
  • Familiarity with model monitoring and deployment frameworks
