Job description

  • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking, VoIP, radio communication, and system-related issues.
  • Manage incidents from initial response through resolution, including escalation when necessary.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, maintain knowledge base articles, and ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes.
  • Support operational excellence, security compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 3+ years of technical support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, networking protocols, and VoIP.
  • Familiarity with RF trunking, mobile radio technologies, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and information security best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities., * Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
  • Ability to obtain required security clearance and CJIS certification.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, and AI-related certifications., * Can you describe your experience working in a remote technical support environment?
  • What types of technical issues have you supported, and what was your troubleshooting approach?
  • Explain the difference between a LAN and a WAN. Have you supported both
  • Have you supported VoIP or IP telephony systems? What issues did you commonly troubleshoot?
  • What experience do you have with RF trunking, mobile radio technologies, or communication networks?
